Project Description

This project consists of tenant improvements in various areas of the Gilead Building. First Floor office space (B-occupancy). We expanded the break room by taking out a large conference room, converting a storage room into an interior office, as well as build-out a conference room, patch/paint, and storage room. This was a fast-track design-build project with Skyline Construction.
