Outpatient Surgery Center

CHA provided architectural services for new ophthalmology offices and an ambulatory surgical center.

Approximately 9,500 square feet, two-story, free standing building housing an ophthalmology practice on the top floor with two operating rooms, exam area, pre-operative and recovery areas, and staff facilities on the lower level. A large open lobby and coffee shop with natural lighting from full-height curtain wall glazing complete the first floor.

The site work consisted of bio-swales, parking, landscaping, passenger drop-off, and a large outdoor seating area.
