CHA Provided BOMA measurement verification. We assisted the Owner with their CUP / entitlements to the City of Oakland under a minor CUP for change in land/building use.

Demo and Building Permit - CHA will prepare architectural shell construction documents comprising of demolition plans to prepare core and shell.

Elevator: CHA provided plans for the Design of a new 2 story exterior elevator enclosure with new entry lobby attached to the existing building.
